We also perform a comprehensive test of the electric motor after repair.
The overhaul of the electric motor includes:
• Removal and landing of the coupling half;
• Repair of the motor housing;
• Repair of the stator (active package including before re-charging);
• Repair of the rotor neck;
• Repair of bearing shields (covers);
• Repair of lead-through pins;
• Repair of insulators;
• Replacing bearings;
• Replacing windings.
